This studio apartment is located on the 45th floor of a high-rise with a magnificent view of the Moscow River and Moscow City. The property was purchased for rent.

We were approached after the walls had been built and the electrical and plumbing had been installed according to the previous project. There was a planning solution, but no understanding of the design.

The first designer of our customers proposed to visually divide the studio space into 2 zones using a slatted structure in the middle. And since the necessary partition had already been erected for this solution, we decided to offer our customers a more relevant solution based on the current situation.

“The heart” of our project was the glass block wall. We kept the original idea of a translucent partition between the sleeping area and the kitchen-living room, using a fresher tool instead of the old-fashioned laths. This will increase the degree of relevance of the apartment and will undoubtedly put it ahead of its competitors on the rental real estate market in Moscow.

The choice of color scheme in this project went for a tranquil japandi. This will reach the largest possible group of potential tenants and is also the safest way to go with remote authoring.
