Комплектация от 5€* за м²
При заказе авторского сопровождения — бесплатно
- Составление таблиц с готовыми позициями (мебель, сантехника, светильники, отделочные материалы, и т. д.)
- Составление таблицы с подробным описанием позиций индивидуального изготовления
Авторское сопровождение от 150€* в месяц
Мы считаем, что это самая важная и сложная часть нашей работы, т. к. именно этот этап определяет, насколько задуманное в проекте будет соответствовать реальности.
- Комплектация
- Контроль соответствия ремонта проекту
- Авторское сопровождение подразумевает минимум 2 выезда в месяц (стоимость зависит от расположения объекта и от количества выездов)
- Регулярные видеоотчёты с объекта

Авторское сопровождение подразумевает контроль соответствия ремонта проекту, его авторской задумке.
Авторское сопровождение НЕ является техническим надзором.

How we work
To create a space that truly reflects your personality, it’s important that we are aligned with you—communicating openly, easily, and honestly. To ensure you fully understand the process of our collaboration, we will outline the stages of the design project below. For the best results, each stage will be presented and discussed either in person or online.
Work stages
Initial meeting
We tell about the principles and conditions of work, show the composition of the design project album. We convey our vision and philosophy of space formation. We listen to the main wishes on the composition and filling of rooms, stylistics, look at references. We agree on approximate terms and budget.
Object measurement
We meet at the site, review and discuss the initial data and possibilities of the space. We perform measurements and photo fixation. Based on the measurements, we draw up a contract and prepare a final commercial proposal.
Contract signing
Congratulations on the start of an exciting journey!
Drafting of technical specifications
We formulate your desires, work out the composition of the rooms and the filling of each of them.
Reference selection
We present and discuss references for your space’s style, layout, and color schemes.
Development of volumetric and planning solution
We work with space, not just plans. At this stage, we build your project in 3D and carefully explore all possible layout and volume options, taking into account the technical specifications and parameters of the object. We then discuss these options with you and select the best solution.
3D visualizations
We make visualizations of spaces. The aim is to give a comprehensive idea of the space and our ideas. At the meeting we talk about the concept and details, discuss finishing materials, colors and textures.
Development of drawings
We produce a detailed album of drawings necessary for the realization of the design project. This includes both construction and furniture drawings, lists of finishing materials and the rest of the project content in the form of specifications with the factories, names and articles of the products used in the project.
